Creative Full Time & Interns (4 Positions)
We are looking for a Creative Full Time & Intern to join our team and grow our brand together with us (minimum 6 months).
The role will assist the Creative, Brand and Marketing Teams in all creative work such as shooting and editing photos for web and social media,creating videos for Tiktok/IG Reels, designing layouts for marketing content, assisting in store visual merchandising and more, depending on the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Must be 19 and above
- Familiar with creating video content for Tiktok and IG Reels
- Basic knowledge on photography & videography
- Proficient in design software including Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop
- Able to work independently and in a start-up environment
- Possess a key eye for detail, creativity and an interest in fashion
- Efficient, responsible, trustworthy and able to meet timelines
- Able to handle multiple projects at a time
- Communicative, responsive, teachable and willing to learn
- Good command of English
- Available to commit for at least 4 months, preferably longer term (for interns)
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (10am-6pm)
- Minimum commitment of 4 months for interns
- Availability: Immediate
Operations executive (Part time)
Key responsibilities:
- Handles daily orders
- Stock taking and inventory management
- Assist in preparation for photoshoots and live
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Excellent attention to numbers and colours
- Able to work fast under a tight timeline
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships
Work Schedule:
- Able to commit 1 to 2 days a week (Every Monday and Thursday preferred)
- Minimum commitment of 4 months
- Availability: Immediate
Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day to day operations
- Handling exchanges and returns of parcels
- Organising Racks and stock taking
- Attending to all customers' emails, IGDM on all social media platforms and all customer service-related matters
- Require critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Experience in e-Commerce operations/similar is preferred
- Able to work under fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
Work Schedule:
- Able to commit 1 to 2 days a week (Every Monday and Tuesday preferred)
- Minimum commitment of 4 months
- Availability: Immediate

Part - Time Operations Assistant

- Day to day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
- Unloading and arranging of new arrivals
